Paying by Credit Card
Credit card customers may place orders through our secure online storefront (powered by Yahoo).

Paying by Purchase Order
Customers with a credit approval on file may fax purchase orders to us for immediate fulfillment.
Need a credit application?
Paying by Check
Mail, e-mail, or fax your order to us, and be sure to include your e-mail address. We will enter your order and e-mail you an invoice and a link for online payment from your checking account (alternately, you can send us a check). We will process your order after the payment or check clears.
Paying by Money Order
Mail, e-mail, or fax your order to us. Please include a money order for the correct amount including shipping and handling. Call or e-mail us if you need help calculating your order total.
Volume Discounts
We offer a 20% discount to trainers and educators ordering five or more copies of the same title.
Shipping and Handling
Unless otherwise requested by the customer, orders are shipped Ground via the best-priced carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the method and delivery location. Approximate shipping times are indicated below. If you need your order faster, or by a specific date, please include this information with your order.
Shipping and handling fees will be added to your order as follows:
- One book: $4.95
- Two books: $5.95
- Three or more books: $3.95 handling plus 40 cents per pound shipping
