For Deliveries or Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization number. To request a Return Authorization number, fax or e-mail your request to us. Please have the original invoice or purchase order number available.

Credit Memos will be issued for approved returns. The amount of credit issued will be determined by the condition of the books when returned. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. when returned. Credit Memos are redeemable for merchandise only (no cash refunds) and must be used within 1 year.

You can purchase Step by Step books from any major bookstore or online retailer.

Return Information

New books in resalable condition may be returned for credit. Returns will be accepted for 6 months after the date of the original invoice, unless by prior arrangement. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Books damaged during shipping from our warehouse may be returned for a replacement (same title only). Return shipping charges for damaged books will be paid by OTSI.
